New PADI OWSI Requirement:
Effective March 2009, all new PADI Instructors will need to be a current Emergency First Response (EFR) Instructor or hold another current first aid and CPR instructor credential. Candidates must have this credential before the New Instructors paperwork is processed through PADI.
